This page explains data handling when you visit aimap.tech and use the directory or image editor. For questions or requests about your data, contact the site administration using the email on our contact page.

Browsing and technical logs
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and services delivering files receive technical requests that may include an IP address, browser type, requested page and request time. These help deliver and protect the site and diagnose faults. Log retention depends on service settings.
You can browse the directory and use the editor without creating a visitor account. WordPress login and settings cookies apply when site administration signs in.

These support the options you choose. Clear this site's browser data to remove local favourites and reset language and appearance. Navigation session data is temporary and stays in the browser.
- Saved tools: identifiers of tools you bookmark on this device.
- Language and appearance: your Arabic or English and light or dark choices.
- Navigation state: information for returning to search and filter results during the browsing session.
- Background-removal model: a model file may be cached to avoid repeated downloads.
Your images in the editor
Selected images, edits, text and logo overlays are processed in browser memory. The editor does not send image files to AIMAP's server or an external AI processing service. Download the result before leaving; reloading starts a new editing session.
The first background-removal use downloads runtime and model files from jsDelivr and Hugging Face. Those providers receive technical download requests, not your images. You control files downloaded to your device.

Contact buttons open your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, any name you include and the message. We use them to respond and handle the request. We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or passwords. Avoid sending confidential files that are unnecessary for your request.
Tool links lead to independent websites with their own terms and privacy policies. AIMAP does not control their handling of your inputs. Read their policies before submitting private data or files.
Visit analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits automatically when public pages open, without a consent prompt. Measurement helps us understand visited pages, traffic sources, device types and interaction with the site.
Editor images, editor text and search text are not sent to Analytics. We remove search parameters from page-view URLs and use basic measurement without Google Signals or advertising personalisation.
Google may set analytics cookies on your device for up to 180 days. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Administration visits and private previews are excluded; advertising and personalisation features remain disabled in this integration.
How Google uses data from partner sitesAdvertising and cookies
As of this policy's update date, AIMAP does not display AdSense ads. The site has been added to the publisher account for ownership verification and review; the verification meta tag and ads.txt do not display ads or set advertising cookies. If ads are enabled, advertising providers, including Google and its partners, may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site or other websites.
When serving personalised ads to visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent mechanism with choices to accept, refuse and manage options. This policy and consent controls will be updated when advertising is activated. This text does not give consent on your behalf.

To ask about or request deletion of a message you sent, use the same email address where possible and identify what you want reviewed. We check that the request concerns your data without seeking unnecessary information, and explain what can be done or may need to be retained for a legitimate reason.
We may update this page when services or processing change. The date above identifies the latest version. Local bookmarks, preferences and images are controlled on your device; site administration cannot access them to delete them for you.
